The wielder increases their Rulership, Cunning and Strategy by 2. Every session, there is a 50% chance to gain a charge. Spend a charge: Gain Foresight on a Rulership, Cunning or Strategy mech-rp. However, reduce the elderly start time of the wielder by 1; 2 if the character is Venerable. The wielder of this artifact cannot have their lifespan increased by any means. If the character is already under the effects of Stop Aging or Slow Aging, equipping this artifact will end those spells.
